### 2. Product Information and Specifications

We specialize in custom-manufactured simulation products (including animatronics, mechanical structures, and performance costumes).

* **Customization:** All products are custom-made based on agreed technical specifications (e.g., dimensions, silent motor specifications, eco-friendly material standards, and weight limitations for our ultra-lightweight costume designs).

* **Variations:** Because each model is handcrafted and artistic, minor stylistic or tonal variations from the digital design concept or prototype photos may occur and shall not be considered product defects.

### 3. Pricing, Quotes, and Payment Terms

* **Quotes:** All prices listed on the Site or provided via inquiry forms are subject to formal confirmation via a Proforma Invoice (PI). Quotes are typically valid for 30 days due to fluctuations in raw materials and ocean freight rates.

* **Incoterms:** Unless explicitly stated otherwise, transactions are conducted based on international Incoterms (e.g., CIF, FOB, DDP, or EXW) as finalized in the sales contract.

* **Payment:** Production begins only after the receipt of the designated deposit (standard 30% to 50%), with the balance paid prior to shipment or per the explicitly signed contract.

### 4. Shipping, Logistics, and Inspection

* **Packaging:** We provide standard protective packaging (such as professional air cases or customized crates). While products feature lightweight designs, packaging dimensions are optimized for structural safety during transit, and final volume calculations are based on actual crating.

* **Delays & Fees:** Shipping schedules and delivery dates are estimates provided by logistics middlemen and freight forwarders. We are not liable for international maritime delays, customs clearance bottlenecks, or destination port fee adjustments beyond our control.

* **Inspection & Acceptance:** Buyers must inspect the cargo immediately upon arrival. Any claims for transit damage or manufacturing discrepancies must be submitted with photographic/video evidence within 7 business days of delivery. Failure to do so constitutes unconditional acceptance.

### 5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including but not limited to company logos, original animatronic internal structure diagrams, product photos, video demonstrations, and website copy—is the exclusive property of Zigong Huayu Technology Co., Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our media for commercial purposes or competitor comparison without our prior written consent.

* **Limitation of Liability:** To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of park revenue, event cancellation, or rental business downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

* **Force Majeure:** We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in production or delivery resulting from acts of God, war, government trade restrictions, strikes, port congestions, or severe disruptions in global shipping lines.
